Murray Newton Rothbard (March 2, 1926 – January 2, 1995)
Probably the first public anarcho capitalist to actually describe himself as such. His ideas were a tour de force comparable perhaps with Ayan Rand. He was more an economist than a philosopher, but his oration skills were a joy to listen to, his humour was quite acute and very entertaining.
This was one of his more prolific speeches that he made in 1989, not long after the cold war had ended and the Soviet Union had collapsed. He was quite upbeat about the future of a smaller state. I would like to wonder what his thoughts were now for the future. However, what ever his thoughts would be, you would be guaranteed to be surprised by them for sure.

Murray Rothbard, was quite a force in libertarian thought. This video gives a wonderful introduction to his anarcho capitalist roots. Yes that is Ron Paul seemingly narrating the Rothbard text. It's an ironic quip regarding Pauls libertarian roots and his failure to call for a no state solution.. Enjoy
